Seeing first-hand the good work that SOS does to reduce food waste and redirect it to people who really need it, we were extremely excited to partner with this remarkable non-profit organization. Their professionalism and ease to work with encouraged us to expand our partnership, from just three hotels in Bali alone, to now seven. We look forward to SOS's expansion to other cities in Indonesia, so that we can continue to work closely with them in the future. Archipelago's commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, reducing plastic waste and supporting the local community is strong not only in Bali, but across the Indonesian Archipelago, too.
