We're often taken aback by how generous our community is. The amount of love and support shown by our volunteers, partners, donors and team on daily basis is amazing. But last week everyone outdid themselves.
Scholars of Sustenance - Bali Strong called out for donations on the 5th of April for the people effected by the devastating Tropical Cyclone named Seroja in Nusa Tenggara Timur, a province of thousands islands in Indonesia. By Saturday the 10th of April a truck left with over 5 tons of assorted goods.
On Wednesday, April 14, the truck has arrived at Rumah Kambera Post, East Sumba and we will start distribute all donations to the area that is heavily affected by the storm.
If you are in Bali and still want to donate, you can drop off supplies at Jalan Dewi Sri or Rescue Kitchen Rumah Sanur - Creative Hub. Another truck will be leaving Sunday, April 25th.
Supplies needed most: - Medical Supplies - Baby Products - Hygiene Products - Long lasting foods
From all of us here at SOS Indonesia and from the team Kawan Baik Indonesia : "Terima Kasih Banyak" your all incredible.
