Earlier this year, our founder Bo H. Holmgreen visited the Embassy of Denmark in Thailand and shared the mission behind Scholars of Sustenance (SOS), Thailand’s first food rescue foundation. During his visit, he extended a heartfelt invitation for the embassy team to witness our impact firsthand and take part in our food rescue activities.

We were honored to recently welcome five representatives from the embassy, who rolled up their sleeves and joined our team in delivering rescued food to the Wat Sommanat community in Bangkok. Their visit was not just symbolic, but hands-on, meaningful, and deeply appreciated by the community we serve.
Their participation reflects a growing commitment to sustainability, food equity, and social responsibility. By stepping into the field with us, they helped make a real difference in the lives of those in need while supporting a more sustainable food system in Thailand.
At SOS, we believe collaboration is key to driving long-term change. This partnership with the Embassy of Denmark shows how governments, nonprofits, and communities can come together to create real impact.
We are grateful for their support and look forward to continuing this inspiring journey together.
