In July, the SOS team was represented by Miss Tanaporn (Fai), our operations manager at the online forum 'Talk of The Cloud 06: Food Waste Management', which was organized in cooperation by The Cloud media and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The event was focusing on how hospitality and restaurant businesses can better manage food waste at the facility which will lead to social and environmentally responsible tourism development.
The speakers shared their experiences to suggest food-management options and to inspire entrepreneurs as well as working together to find out how the 'Zero Food Waste method can help tourism businesses overcome the COVID-19 crisis'.
