Ploy and Earth, the representatives of SOS team recently joined the "Food Waste: turning food waste crisis to sustainable business opportunity" camp by Sphere, Panyapiwat Institute of Management as the guest lecturers.

We are very impressed to see high schoolers came up with new and interesting ideas for solving food waste problems and had the opportunity to actually develop them into sustainable business models - Whether it is a mobile application to manage excess food , a food truck model that sells wonky fruits and vegetables at an affordable price and gummies made from degraded fruits, etc.

We sincerely hope that all the students recieved good knowledge food waste problem and some inspirations from us.
